Each story introduces memorable characters inspired by the foods we eat-from Ally Allicin and Curry Curcumin to Alpha & Beta Carotene and Anya Anthocyanin. Through adventures, friendships, and a little garden magic, children explore concepts related to nutrition and phytochemistry in a fun and age-appropriate way.
